In this episode I had the pleasure of interviewing Adam Morris of Copperblock Capital. For those of you who may not know him, he’s a Real Estate Investor in Edmonton committed to creating sustainable housing using eco-friendly and renewable materials. His infill projects have gotten a lot of attention for his unique usage of repurposed shipping containers. This innovative process is helping divert tonnes of steel away from landfills, cutting costs and build times, and developing homes that are 30% more energy efficient than a traditional stick build.
