Wilbert’s first taste of real estate investing was actually in his home country of Haiti. He had a successful business model of buying and selling land which unfortunately he couldn’t replicate when he moved to Canada. He knew that he wanted to continue investing in real estate though, so his next step was to house-hack his condo in Fort McMurray, so that he could save up for a down payment on his first property. 🏠
Fast forward and now Wilbert owns and operates a successful Rent to Own business in Edmonton, with his wife Sierra and their three kids. Since taking Barry McGuire’s Rapid Cash Program in early 2019, they’ve added other creative strategies to their business and have had a ton of success.💰
